How it comes Supplied in a white cardboard box with 5 x 567g individual sachets.
Dosage To make a 4.54kg (10lb) batch add 3.224kg of pork meat to 1 x 0.567kg sachet with 0.749kg cold water/ice. Mix thoroughly and let stand to absorb the water before filling into casings.
Usage rate is 12.5%. This rate is higher than a seasoning as it contains the rusk in the blend.
1x 0.567 sachet will make approx 80 sausages, a box of 5 x 0.567kg approx 400 sausages.
