1. Cut the pork loin in half

2. Using your slicer cut it again from the wide side into strips

3. Brush the marinade onto the meat

4. Roll the meat up and place 6 or 7 rolls behind each other

5. Insert skewers at 2cm intervals

6. Marinade the surface of the meat

7. Cut with a sharp knife between the skewers

BBQ, grill or pan-fry. Cook 4-6 mins, turn during cooking.
