Bombal is used to enhance the shelf life of pre-packed mince by typically 2-3 days. It is the original and best product we have tested for keeping bloom, colour and freshness. Made from a blend of naturally occurring acids this product will reduce bacterial growth and is particularly useful in warmer temperatures where the shelf life of pre-packed mince is greatly reduced. Product is packed in 10 individual packs of 1kg.
