How it comes Supplied in a white cardboard box with 5 x 510g individual sachets.

Dosage To make a 4.54kg (10lb) batch add 3.405kg of pork meat to 1 x 0.51kg sachet with 0.625kg cold water/ice. Mix thoroughly and let stand to absorb the water before filling into casings.
Usage rate is 11.25%. This rate is higher than a seasoning as it contains the rusk in the blend.
