The bags require no piercing with its intelligent sealing structure that opens part of the seal during the cooking process.

They are also extremely versatile with the material properties allowing usage in a temperature range of -40 to 200 degrees C. This allows the food to be stored either chilled or frozen and then can be roasted in the oven or warmed up in the microwave.
