      The Ascoli AF75 ham boiler has a capacity of 10 hams and is constructed in the UK from high quality stainless steel.

      The water cooker comes on a stand with a time clock so that the ham boiler can be easily set to turn on when electricity is cheapest (say evening) which helps to reduce running costs and increases profits on the cooked product.

      The Flavasava AF75 ham boiler works by cooking at low temperatures for long periods of time. This produces a product which has less shrinkage and is more evenly cooked through.

      The added benefit of using cheap electricity (overnight for instance) through a time-clock facility means that Flavasava ham boiler pays for itself very quickly, putting you, the user, in a position to make the most of your cooked meats as well as increasing your profits.
